Lisjak vintage gourmet tour is an educational journey in the footsteps of old indigenous olive varieties that grow along the most beautiful vantage points of the Slovenian coast and the Istrian countryside. The trail starts at an agreed location, where guests are picked up with antiques. The smell of gasoline, loud engines and nostalgic memories of old times immediately draw wide smiles on the faces of those waiting. We slowly start our journey, where we visit the most beautiful points of the Slovenian coast and the Istrian countryside. we stop at a lookout point in the middle of the path and chat over a glass of house sparkling wine from the Lisjak house. then we continue our way back towards the Lisjak Oil Mill estate, where an interactive education on how to taste olive oil follows. We taste the palates with a typical Istrian cold cuts, Istrian dishes on a spoon - berries and fuži with truffles. All according to traditional recipes.
